I'm pleased and honored to announce that Fire Support has been selected for inclusion on Alltop, the Internet's premier news/blog aggregation site. Fire Support, a blog about defense contractor marketing, is listed in Alltop's "marketing" section.

The sites selected by Alltop are not a result of computer algorithms, or popular voting. The editors at Alltop personally review every site submission in order to make sure that it includes relevant, high-quality and frequently updated content. Similarly, Alltop drops sites that are not updated or no longer provide content that is relevant to their listed category.

Here's how Alltop describes its purpose:

The purpose of Alltop is to help you answer the question, “What’s happening?” in “all the topics” that interest you. You may wonder how Alltop is different from a search engine. A search engine is good to answer a question like, “How many people live in China?” However, it has a much harder time answering the question, “What’s happening in China?” That’s the kind of question that we answer.
