The book takes its name from what resulted after President Trump took to Twitter and called out Lockheed Martin for the cost overruns on the F-35 fighter jet.

Lockheed Martin had no response on social media. The silence was deafening. That day, their stock tumbled $4 billion in value.

And yet, when you look at Harvard Business Review’s list of top 20 performing CEO's, only 20% of them have any social media presence.

Not only are those CEO's risking being caught flat footed in a crisis and ceding the narrative to their detractors, they are missing out on opportunities to deepen the relationship with the media, their employees and their customers.
