Her first book is The Membership Economy: Find Your Super Users, Master the Forever Transaction, and Build Recurring Revenue

In the past 10 years, her company Peninsula Strategies has advised over  100 organizations on subscription and growth strategy.

Robbie has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, CNN, National Public Radio (NPR) and numerous business shows. She received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated with honors from Harvard College.

And, interesting fact: she can make almost any breakfast food!
