Dave also spent several years at Forrester Research, initially as a vice president and principal analyst covering marketing services, and later as co-founder and leader of Forrester’s customer intelligence research practice.

Dave’s ideas and research have been featured keynote speeches worldwide and in media outlets ranging from the New York Times, The Economist, CNN and Ad Age.

He is originally from Ireland, now lives in Florida and is a scoutmaster for his son’s troop!
