Prior to his current business, Ian spent two decades as founder and CEO of a professional services consulting company and later a software company. After successfully combining and then selling his companies, he served as managing director of the acquiring company. In that capacity, over the next three years, he grew valuation twenty-fold to more than $1 billion.

Ian is also the host of the Same Side Selling podcast.

And the interesting fact, he was once a drummer in a rock band and was a child actor.
