The Marketing Book Podcast: "The Marketing Performance Blueprint" by Paul Roetzer

The Marketing Performance Blueprint: Strategies and Technologies to Build and Measure Business Success by Paul Roetzer

Paul Roetzer Is founder and CEO of PR 20/20 an inbound marketing agency based in Cleveland. PR 20/20 was the first firm in HubSpot's certified Agency Partner program, which now includes more than 1,500 agencies worldwide. Paul’s first book, "The Marketing Agency Blueprint," serves as a guide for building tech-savvy, hybrid marketing agencies like his agency.

Roetzer frequently speaks at national and international events on the topics of agency management, content marketing, inbound marketing, marketing measurement and performance, public relations, social media, and strategy.

He is the creator of Marketing Agency Insider, the hub for a more open and collaborative agency ecosystem, and Marketing Score, a free online assessment tool and marketing intelligence engine.

Paul is also carrying on a proud tradition here on the marketing book podcast of being the author of a marketing book who is also Cleveland Browns fan.

The Host's Perspective:

Of all the changes occurring in the marketing world, one of the most significant is the ability to measure marketing's effectiveness. The more that marketing goes online, the more that its performance can be measured.

This is an answer to every CEO's wish - to know if their marketing is working or not. Doing so enables companies to do more of what's working and less of what's not working.
But you have to know what you're doing.

That's where "The Marketing Performance Blueprint" comes in. It outlines the changing dynamics in marketing, including the growing marketing talent gap that is a challenge for companies. The book also examines the explosion of marketing technology available today, how to navigate it and how to approach modern marketing strategy.

If you're a marketer with a desire to remain relevant and be successful, I think you'll be glad you read this book.
