Will has over 20 years of client-side consumer insights experience in biotechnology, consumer packaged goods and energy industries and is a Behavioral Design instructor at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
And, interesting fact, Will is a United States Army veteran and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal – HOOAH!!
